What this website collects

This website does not store the contents of the consultation form. Selecting send opens a pre-filled message in your own email application; the message is sent by you, from your own account, and reaches us as ordinary email.

Standard technical information such as your request being served by our hosting provider may be processed for security and reliability purposes.

What not to send us by email

Please do not send medical history, medication lists, diagnoses, test results or photographs of your skin or body through the form or by email. Ordinary email is not an appropriate channel for health information.

Clinical information is collected in person at your appointment, recorded in our clinical records, and handled under the confidentiality obligations that apply to that record.

Photographs

Any clinical photography that may form part of your record is discussed with you at the time, is taken only with your agreement, and is never published, shared for marketing or used as a result image without separate, specific, written consent that you can withdraw.

How long we keep enquiries

Enquiry emails are retained only for as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of the correspondence. You may ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Write to us and we will explain how those rights apply to your situation and to our clinical record obligations.
