Accessibility
A clinic that asks people to trust it should be usable by the people it is asking. This page sets out what we do and what we will fix.
01
This website
Built against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA as a working target: semantic structure, a keyboard-reachable skip link, visible focus, labelled form fields with errors announced in text, alternative text on imagery, and layouts that hold together at 200% zoom.
02
Motion
Movement is limited to short reveals and hover transitions. If your device or browser is set to reduce motion, those are switched off rather than merely shortened.
03
Appointments
Access requirements at the clinic, such as step-free entry, transport, extra time, or an accompanying person, are answered specifically before an appointment is confirmed. Ask in your consultation request.
04
Telling us about a barrier
If something here is difficult to use with a screen reader, keyboard, magnification or any assistive technology, write to us and describe what happened. We will fix it and reply.
