Careful is a method, not a mood.
A great deal of aesthetic marketing works by making a person feel that something is wrong with them. We are not interested in that. Ageing is not a defect, a face is not a problem to be solved, and no one should be talked into a procedure. What we offer instead is assessment, information and restraint.
From first message to decision
01
You write to us
A short request: your name, how to reach you, and roughly what you would like to discuss. Nothing clinical, nothing sensitive.
02
We reply
We confirm whether what you are asking about is within what we provide, and arrange a consultation appointment if it is.
03
Consultation
An unhurried appointment: history, assessment in clinical lighting, and an honest conversation about options, including doing nothing.
04
Written summary
What was discussed, what is and is not appropriate, the recognised risks, aftercare implications and the fee for anything proposed.
05
Your decision, in your own time
For regulated treatments there is a deliberate interval between consultation and any procedure. Declining is always a reasonable answer.
Standards
Four things we hold to
- I
Consultation before treatment
Every service begins with an assessment. We would rather tell you that nothing is needed than sell you something that is not.
- II
Specifics in private, not in advertising
Devices, protocols, session numbers and fees depend entirely on the individual. We confirm them with you in writing rather than publishing figures that would not apply to you.
- III
Limitations stated alongside benefits
Every treatment page here sets out what a service is intended to do and what it cannot do. Nothing we provide is guaranteed, permanent or risk-free.
- IV
No pressure, no shame
We do not use countdowns, scarcity or language that treats an ordinary face or body as a problem to be fixed. Declining is always a reasonable answer.
On our team
We do not publish practitioner profiles, photographs, qualifications or registration details on this site unless each one has been verified and the person has agreed to appear. Listing credentials that have not been checked would undermine the only thing a profile is for.
You are entitled to know exactly who will be assessing and treating you, what they are qualified to do and where they are registered. Ask us before you book and we will tell you in writing.
