Request a consultation

This is a request, not a booking. Nothing is reserved and no appointment is confirmed until we have replied to you directly.

Your details

Please do not include medical history, medication, diagnoses or photographs of your skin in this message. Clinical information is taken securely at your appointment. See privacy and your data.

A sentence or two is plenty. No clinical detail, please.

Sending opens a pre-filled message in your own email application, so nothing is stored on this website.

Before you write

Why are there no prices on this site?

Because a price quoted without an assessment would be a guess. Fees depend on what is actually appropriate for you and are confirmed in writing after consultation, before you commit to anything.

Why is there no before-and-after gallery?

We publish result imagery only where we hold explicit, specific consent from the person shown and where doing so is permitted for that treatment in the relevant jurisdiction. Until those conditions are met, showing nothing is the honest option.

What information should I send in a consultation request?

Only your name, how to reach you, and roughly what you would like to discuss. Please do not send medical history, medication lists, diagnoses or photographs of your skin through this form. Clinical information is collected securely at your appointment.

Can you tell me what treatment I need before I come in?

No. Recommending a treatment without seeing your skin and understanding your history would not be responsible, and we will not do it by email.

What happens if a treatment is not suitable for me?

We say so and explain why. Where the concern falls outside what we can appropriately provide, we will suggest speaking with an appropriate medical professional instead.

If you have an urgent medical concern, or a reaction to a treatment that is worsening, contact your doctor or your local emergency service rather than waiting for a reply here.
